| How it works? |
- Start up session with calibration of existing plan, with
adjustments based on market and/or company changes.
- Quarterly reviews with 1-2 days calibration meeting, where
plans are adjusted to changes and action plans as updated.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are developed and linked
to company Balance Scorecard(BSC) or other system for management
follow up.
